I have been in the Kansas City real estate business since 2003, working with my family at Merrill Companies, LLC. There, I facilitated commercial real estate development deals and conducted sales and leasing negotiations for projects, including Prairiefire–one of the most visited mixed-use developments in KC–IronHorse Centre, Lionsgate Centre, and other retail and office developments.
I come from a long line of entrepreneurs involved in the milling business, grain trading, and real estate. I have always been passionate about finding value in undervalued real estate and developing a plan to bring it to life in new, exciting ways that benefit the surrounding communities. I currently own two restaurants and am well versed in sales vs. cost for retail and hospitality transactions. Using my extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, I can help you facilitate new development for commercial and residential properties.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Erin, and three children, Brayden, Evie, and Elise. You can find us listening to our favorite music and cheering for the Chiefs, Royals, and Wildcats.

I am dedicated to finding fair solutions that benefit all parties in a real estate transaction, adding value not just to the property but to the people involved in developing it.
